🚀 Excited to share that I've been selected as one of the few trainers for the EntreComp4Transition project to shape the future for our students! 🌍 I'll be playing a key role in building and testing a new MOOC that will benefit students across Europe. 🎓 The project, "EntreComp4Transition" is co-founded by the European Union and focuses on developing innovative teaching methods to pave the way for a Green and Digital Future. By fostering an entrepreneurial mindset and facilitating co-creation, we aim to bridge skills gaps and ensure the recognition of learning outcomes. 🌱 In Badajoz, I'll be immersing myself in a "train-the-trainer" program together with a few selected individuals from all of Europe where we'll delve into a range of activities. From analyzing skills gaps to piloting sessions and creating open badges, it's a hands-on approach to shaping the future of education. 🤝 Collaborating with educators and expert facilitators, I'm excited to contribute to solving real-world challenges proposed by local companies. It's not just about learning; it's about making a tangible impact on educational curricula and empowering students for success. 💡 I'm also eager to bring these learnings back to my students at the FH St. Pölten – University of Applied Sciences and IMC Krems University of Applied Sciences, enriching their education with the latest in sustainability and entrepreneurship.
